Where is the store based?

California, in the United States!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I do to select countries, currently :)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the nature of my full time job during the week, currently I only ship orders out the Saturday (and occasionally Monday/Friday) following the day you place your order. I do not currently offer rush shipping (Priority shipping is available but it's not necessarily faster, and I still only ship on the aforementioned days). This means it can take anywhere for a week to two weeks before you receive your order (international buyers can take 4-8 weeks depending on the efficiency of customs and your postal service)

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

In general: If you are making a large purchase (100$ or more) and would like to purchase shipping insurance to help prevent loss or damage, contact me BEFORE placing your order to discuss what the best shipping method is and to charge you appropriately. Thank you!

EXCHANGE: If I have sent you the wrong item by mistake feel free to contact me at kirsten.a.kneeland@gmail.com and I will pay for shipping the item back to me and also shipping you the correct item!  If you are otherwise unsatisfied with an item and wish to return and refund, as long as the item is undamaged (preferably unopened) and you contact me within three days of your item arriving I will accept a return and pay to have it shipped back. Items used or damaged by buyer cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

LOST/DAMAGE: I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in post. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in customs if buying internationally. Some of my items are limited in number or one of a kind, and unfortunately I cannot replace lost/damaged items once sold out. Refunds will not be offered for lost/damaged items in post. 

Where do you get your stuff made?

Anything else I should know?

I keep my products as clean as possible but I do ship from a home with quite a few animals- including dogs and cats. Please be aware if you happen to have any allergies!
